On October 15 during Expocine 2020, the Secretary of Culture and Creative Economy of the Government of the State of São Paulo, Sérgio Sá Leitão, will be interviewed about the guidelines facing the audiovisual sector as determined by the government of SP.


The panel will be led by Felipe Cusnir, President of the Brazil-California Chamber of Commerce (BCCC) and CEO of Swell Capital Inc., based in Los Angeles, which develops investment and international trade opportunities in the infrastructure, mobility, sustainability, health, sports, and entertainment sectors. Cusnir shares the stage with Fábio Cesnik, Vice President of BCCC and founding partner of the CQS office (Cesnik, Quintino e Salinas Advogados), a reference in legal consulting for the Media and Entertainment sectors.


The panel seeks to clarify the role of public authorities in the audiovisual field and highlight what the Secretary of Culture and Creative Economy of the Government of the State of São Paulo has done for the sector in an unprecedented year in history that has made a major economic impact on the audio-visual business community.
