The Future of Entertainment: AI, Creators & Hollywood: BCCC Brings Industry Leaders Together During LA Tech Week 2026
Two Panels. One Industry in Transformation.
The Brazil California Chamber of Commerce (BCCC) brought together leading voices from entertainment, technology, investment, and the creative industries for The Future of Entertainment: AI, Creators & Hollywood, an exclusive event held during LA Tech Week 2026 at the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce on October 15, 2026.
Featuring two high-level panels, renowned industry speakers, and dedicated networking opportunities, the event explored how artificial intelligence is transforming entertainment and creating new opportunities for collaboration between Brazil and California.
The first panel, “Brazil & California: Building the Next Global Creative Economy,” examined opportunities for Brazilian and Californian creators, producers, and investors to collaborate across talent, technology, production, capital, and intellectual property.
Moderated by Cleide Klock, Journalist and Communications Director at BCCC, the discussion featured Vicente Amorim, Director, Producer and Writer; Fernando Grostein Andrade, Director, Producer and Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Cosmic Dog Studios; and Monica Sufar, Strategic Business Affairs Executive and Executive Producer.
The second panel, “Hollywood Meets AI: From Disruption to Operation,” focused on the practical impact of generative AI on professional production, creative workflows, business models, and the economics of entertainment.
Moderated by Arthur Deucher, the panel brought together Michael D. Olmos, Award-Winning Director, Creative Technologist and AI Founder; Maurício Mota, Producer and Founder of Reclaim Entertainment; Kelly Boesch, Visual Artist, Music Creator, TED Speaker and AI Thought Leader; Heather Sit, Executive Director of AI LA; and Andrés Reyes Botello, Founder and CTO of Boxel Studio.
Together, the conversations explored where AI is already creating value, expanding creative possibilities, reshaping production processes, and raising important questions around intellectual property, responsibility, and the role of human creativity.
The gathering reinforced BCCC’s commitment to strengthening business relationships between Brazil and California and creating opportunities for cross-border collaboration in one of the world's most dynamic and rapidly evolving sectors.
As artificial intelligence continues to reshape entertainment, meaningful dialogue between creators, technology leaders, investors, and business professionals will be essential to building the next global creative economy.
The Brazil California Chamber of Commerce thanks all speakers, moderators, attendees, and partners who contributed to this important conversation during LA Tech Week 2026.
